Pakistan after many years is a kind of treat for me.What a fervor,Patriotism, emotions and excitement all around. All the main buildings illuminated with colorful lights .Pakistan green and white flag with crescent and star flowing everywhere, on buildings, houses, cars, bikes , hawkers carts and sold all around in various sizes. Some has draped it around their cars. Masks,wigs, glittering flags, waist bands, hair bands and a lot more stuff in flag colors is for sale and people wearing it.
There are fireworks done by enthusiasts.
The day will bring more celebrations.
The live nations celebrate their independence days with this Zeal and fervor!

خدا کرے کہ میری ارض پاک پر اترے
وہ فصلِ گل جسے اندیشہء زوال نہ ہو
یہاں جو پھول کھلے وہ کِھلا رہے برسوں
یہاں خزاں کو گزرنے کی بھی مجال نہ ہو
یہاں جو سبزہ اُگے وہ ہمیشہ سبز رہے
اور ایسا سبز کہ جس کی کوئی مثال نہ ہو
گھنی گھٹائیں یہاں ایسی بارشیں برسائیں
کہ پتھروں کو بھی روئیدگی محال نہ ہو
خدا کرے نہ کبھی خم سرِ وقارِ وطن
اور اس کے حسن کو تشویش ماہ و سال نہ ہو
ہر ایک خود ہو تہذیب و فن کا اوجِ کمال
کوئی ملول نہ ہو کوئی خستہ حال نہ ہو
خدا کرے کہ میرے اک بھی ہم وطن کے لیے
حیات جرم نہ ہو زندگی وبال نہ ہو
